Diana G. Bolander, Esq. has practiced law in New Hampshire since 1986. For over 7 years she served as Assistant County Attorney in Strafford and Belknap Counties, where she tried a wide range of felony and misdemeanor cases, including negligent homicide, attempted murder, sexual and physical assault, burglary and theft, forgery and DWI. As Assistant County Attorney, Diana G. Bolander, Esq. assisted with criminal investigations and drafting search warrants. In addition to her extensive trial experience, she assisted with in-house training of police departments, taught criminal law in a paralegal certification program at NH Technical Institute and provided training to a local domestic violence prevention organization.
Upon entering private practice in 1994, Diana G. Bolander, Esq. has provided legal representation in the areas of criminal defense, probate, estate planning, real estate, business incorporation and contracts. Her experience includes trial litigation in the NH Circuit Courts, Superior Courts and the NH Supreme Court. Attorney Bolander's experience provides the best foundation for mediating legal disputes.
Catherine ("Cathy") Marker, Office Manager, has been with the firm since its inception in 1994. She is responsible for Bookkeeping and Administration of the firm. In addition to her work with The Law Office of Diana G. Bolander, P.C., she serves as Music Director at Madison Baptist Church in Madison, NH. She enjoys kayaking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and is an avid golfer.
